Counter-top frozen beverage machine for slush, milkshakes, frozen cocktails and frozen margaritas. A 6.9 litre freezing cylinder draws from a separately refrigerated 11 litre hopper, giving 60 litres per hour with a 4°C mix at 24°C ambient.
Microprocessor controls measure product viscosity and regulate refrigeration to hold consistent texture through the day, rather than running to a fixed timer. A mix low light tells staff to top up before the cylinder over-freezes. Hopper pre-cooling keeps mix below 4.4°C between services.
Air cooled, with a 2,800 BTU/hr R404a compressor and a 1 HP motor. Allow 6 inches of clearance on both sides. Requires a dedicated 208-230V commercial circuit.
