Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Jinex Food Service website and any purchase made through it.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable HST or GST is added at checkout based on your shipping province.

Products in our online store are sold at the listed price and can be purchased directly through checkout. Online card payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Commercial equipment, custom builds, and brokered wholesale products are sold by quote rather than at a listed price. Pricing is confirmed in writing before an order is placed. For approved accounts, Jinex also accepts invoice, e-transfer, and purchase order (PO) as offline payment options. Contact us to arrange these.

Quotes

Requesting a quote does not create a binding order. Quotes are confirmed once reviewed and accepted by both parties, and remain subject to equipment availability and manufacturer lead times. Quoted pricing is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Availability

Equipment and product availability is confirmed at the time of order. Jinex will notify you promptly of any delays or substitutions. Where an item is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent product or a refund.

Service, Installation, and Warranty

Installation, commissioning, and service are provided by our in-house team and are quoted separately from equipment purchases. Installed and serviced equipment is covered per the applicable manufacturer and/or Jinex service warranty terms, available on request.

Returns and Shipping

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, available in the footer of this site.
