Counter-top soft serve machine with three dispensing heads: two flavours plus a twist of both. Two 2 litre freezing cylinders draw from two refrigerated 6 litre hoppers, producing up to 35 litres per hour across low-fat and non-fat ice cream, custard, frozen yogurt and sorbet.
A silent inverter motor gives a soft start and lower running noise. Hopper agitators keep the mix uniform, standby mode holds both hopper and cylinder below 4.4°C overnight, and a defrost cycle melts the cylinder down in about five minutes to speed up cleaning. Auto-closing dispensing valves prevent overflow after each serve.
Requires a 208-230V commercial circuit. Certified to ETL, ETL Sanitation and CE.
