Counter-top soft serve ice cream machine with a single dispensing head, producing up to 30 litres per hour. Gravity feed keeps it simple to run and simple to clean, and a refrigerated 11 litre hopper feeds a 2 litre freezing cylinder.
Runs the full range of soft serve: low and non-fat ice cream, custard, frozen yogurt and sorbet. A silent inverter motor gives a soft start and lower running noise, hopper agitators keep the mix uniform, standby mode holds hopper and cylinder below 4.4°C overnight, and a defrost cycle melts the cylinder down in about five minutes to speed up cleaning. Auto-closing dispensing valves prevent overflow after each serve.
Requires a 208-230V commercial circuit. Certified to ETL, ETL Sanitation and CE.
